If you’re a real estate agent or broker working with clients who are ready to build, we’d love to work with you. Our referral program is straightforward and designed to recognize the professionals who connect buyers with the right builder.

How It Works
We pay a referral fee of 2% of the contract price to the referring agent or broker on new construction clients. The referral is paid at project completion, once the home is finished and delivered to your client.
To qualify, realtors must contact us with the referral information before the client’s first contact with Drayton Homes. Referrals submitted after initial contact has already been made are not eligible for the program.
